Live Sale Policy
Welcome to our live sales! Please read carefully before making a purchase.
- Claiming Items • The first person to claim an item during the live sale will receive it. • You MUST include your basket number when claiming items. • Claims without a basket number may not be accepted.
- Payment Policy • All payments are due immediately after you receive your invoice. • Failure to complete payment on time may result in order cancellation and restriction from future sales.
- Customer Information (VERY IMPORTANT) • You must ensure your full name and shipping address are correct at checkout. • If your name on Shopify is different from your Facebook name, you must include your Facebook name in the order notes so we can correctly match your order.
- Shipping • All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after the live sale ends. • Shipping fees will be added to your invoice unless stated otherwise.
- All Sales Final • Due to the nature of live sales, all sales are final. • No refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an error was made on our end.
- Product Condition • Items are shown live to the best of our ability. • Please review items carefully during the live before claiming.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- No Holds / Unpaid Orders • No holds unless approved. • Unpaid invoices may be canceled and items returned to inventory.
- Respect Policy • We want a fun and positive shopping experience. • We reserve the right to block or refuse service to anyone being disrespectful.
